About Us

The Utah Litigation Center represents victims of fraud and unfair business practices. We understand that most victims are unable to pay the excessive fees typically associated with pursuing a civil lawsuit, so we are often willing to work on a full or partial contingency arrangement whereby you only pay a fraction of fees charged by other attorneys, or none at all unless you prevail.

The managing attorney of the Utah Litigation Center is Victor Sipos. For more than 12 years, Mr. Sipos has worked as a litigation attorney in Arizona, California and Utah. During that time he has represented some of the largest corporations in America, and has litigated hundreds of civil lawsuits including those related to investment fraud, government fraud, breach of fiduciary duties, crime victim compensation, complex contract claims, employment disputes, Internet law, personal injury, corporate governance, and unfair competition.

Mr. Sipos, and everyone else associated with the Utah Litigation Center, strives to provide exceptional service to clients, not only through the quality of work, but also by the way we respect and treat clients. But enough complimenting ourselves, feel free to read what a few of clients have written.
