Mr. Sipos explained why he started representing individuals instead of only large corporations. “On many cases that I worked on, it seemed the tables were unfairly stacked against individuals and small companies. They could not pay enormous fees to attorneys like me who provided high quality and aggressive litigation. So even when they had a strong case, we could often crush them by outspending and outsmarting them. Needless to say, in such situations I sometimes wondered whether I was on the right side of the table, and recalled the reason I became an attorney in the first place: to help people who truly needed it. Therefore, I decided to take the skills and experience I had developed while working for large firms, and apply them to representing individuals and small business that so urgently needed it.
Mr. Sipos, and everyone else associated with the Utah Employment Law Center, strives to provide exceptional service to clients, not only through the quality of work, but also by making it more economically wise for clients to use an attorney. The firm offers different financial arrangements for representation, including contingency rates (no-fee-unless-you-win), hourly rates, flat rates, or some combination of the foregoing. Please ask about which plans are available for your matter.
